Dr Hoole’s previous work for St Luke's Centre focused on promoting psychological wellbeing, human formation, and reflective leadership within faith-based settings. At the St Luke’s Centre, Dr Hoole held a broad leadership role, supporting clinical excellence and holistic care:

  • Psychological Therapy & Assessment – Dr Hoole provided assessment and ongoing therapy to clergy, men & woman Religious, school leaders, and seminarians.

  • Clinical Supervision & Mentorship – He guided and supported clinical staff in reflective practice, navigating ethical dilemmas, and promoting best-practice in care.

  • Service Coordination & Development – Dr Hoole coordinated complex care pathways and shaped clinical service delivery to ensure the needs of the faith based populations he served were met.

  • Consultation Teaching & Training – Dr Hoole offered consultancy to commissioning diocese, communities and faith schools, and delivered teaching focused on psychological development and emotional maturity to seminarians in preparation for ministry.​
